Are my eyes too bulgy if my hooding doesn't stay in place?

Fuck my hoodin comes falling down to one eye then says fuck it and decides to go up get stuck in teh eyelid and never stays in place like tf does this mean my eyes are too bulgy for it or lack of browridge cause too prettyboy?

It means ur fat pads are not long / big enough to cover ur eyelid consistently. unironically do eyelid pulling or keep suffering with this issue that is bothering you
