It definitely messes with your face but the implants help because the narrowness of your jaw makes your eyes look even wider

can’t stress how much jfa and bigonial width affect your face

Jason Lewis is a great example, his fwhr and tfwhr are ideal, maybe on the shorter side, and his midface ratio is 0.95, slightly long but not horse tier
