I’m 19, 6 foot 4 and I used to be morbidly obese, I lost 40kg however I am still extremely insecure about my appearance, the first thing that comes to mind is my prey eyes, (upper eyelid exposure, shitty eyebrows which I’ve already dyed black, and terrible eye bags), I’m still kinda fat but I plan on hopping on retatrutide after I bench 100kg and I believe leaning out will help me a bit but I still have chopped features. Please help me identify all my flaws and whether they can be solved via any soft maxxes or if I will need to get surgery in the future. I have attached unfrauded photos with bad lighting that possibly highlights my bad features and skin texture even more, (I started accutane 2 weeks ago)

Thanks for the reply bro, what flaws do you notice first? And also what surgeries could I look into?
I noticed that your eyes arent symmetrical first your left eye is slightly higher than the other also jaw symmetry is off and your browridge is pretty non existent so it makes your eye area look even worse and your eyebrows overall are lacking some softmaxxes might help but probably wont be that much of a noticeable change but Im not that knowledgable on alot of surgeries so I cant give good advice to do with that sorry
