I feel like I have a lot of neck fat though, idk how to explain it but the little bit of fat that I get goes to my neck, like the transition from my neck to my jaw isn’t sharp like most lean people, also I’d gain some bulkiness in traps which would compliment my face I feel like since someone on here previously told me my lower face is too thinno since working out doesnt really ascend your face if you are already lean

Sleep will be hard, I’ll attempt the rest and come back in a month or two thoidk what it will do for your face but I feel like the results could only be positive in that regard. Your base is pretty good though. If I were you I would start working out everyday. Make sure the never hit obliques or traps. Dont even bother with legs unless you really get into it. Just spam shoulders, chest, forarms, biceps, and back. make it as simple as possible and optimize your diet, sleep and overall habits accordingly.
