Wish I could tell u man, I'm not a doctor. Wear some boots or loafers and that'll fraud you to 5'10 without height insoles as they're pretty thick on their own.

Yh shits open bro but basically 90% of teens stop growing at 16 and reach their adult height so most likely you wont be growing much. You can fraud 5'11 easily so its not the end of the world. I'm 6ft and honestly 5'9 to 5'11 doesnt seem that short to me at all, your height wont be a problem but not a plus either. If you can framemax, physiquemax and reach HTN then your mogging 90% of men anyways and will be living a awesome life. Dont stress, at 17 your already ahead of most your age by discovering this shit.

I've been rated HMTN - LHTN on here as of late, might be a bit of an over rate, but. I've heard of specific shoes giving good height boosts?

you have three options. Either you wear thick sole sneakers like Airforces or TN's. Or you put insoles in shoes like Airforce's and get a even bigger height boost. Or you can buy shoes with built in insoles (these are the best imo) but they would look like off brand shoes which can be a bit gay looking. I just fraud from 6ft to 6'2ft using these niggas called Conzuri, they make shoes just so you can height fraud. But if i am going out or doing shit with some friends i would just wear forces.

ok, I'll look into the Conzuris, and I've got a couple pairs of Dunks, Air Maxes, and boots. From Conzuri are any specific pairs better for height boosting than others?

whichever ones you find that are stylish, those niggas genuinely have ones that boost u up by 8cm + which is way too much imo, you cant fraud by that much, if you have to take your shoes off its going to be comically obvious
