Doesnt look to be fully closed but you definitely need to get on an ai cuz their close

well I dont know how tall you even are lmao, but if you get on an ai and hgh you could likely grow a couple inches more

theres clearly cartilage in the radius and ulna, I will admit the growth plates in his hands look fused but those are commonly the first to fuse anyways
