Are my growth plates closed?

I haven't been growing since i was 14, I was measured at 160cm at 14 and now im turning 16 this oct and im still 160cm, im guessing that i prolly didn't grow cus i always stay up late to play video games and would only get 4-5 hours of sleep and i would sometimes skip meals and if i eat i would only eat a small amount

Im too broke for hgh and ive been getting 8-10 hours of sleep for weeks and im not seeing any difference
