Are my growth plates open? Would it still be worth investing in AIs? (X-RAY AND BLOOD TEST)

I recently posted here about whether my growth plates were open, but the x-ray shown was old. I redid the x-ray and also did blood tests. These were the results:

E2: 19 pg/ml
Testosterone: 304.87 ng/dl
B12: 389 pg/ml
HGH: 3.272 ng/ml

This is the x-ray

So, I would like to know if my plaques are still open and if it would be worth investing in AIs and starting treatment with HGH/IGF-1
