Not really,you can start taking ai and hgh but 4 inches is dramatic.Still if you end up even 1 inch taller then what u were going to be its worth it imo.

make sure to dose the ai pretty high but dont nuke your e2 fully

it inhibits fgfr1-3, you could search up what they do and you'll learn something. "Fgfr3 is a protein that acts primarily as a negative regulator of bone growth, inhibiting the formation of bone from cartilage (chondrocyte proliferation) to control skeletal development." Inhibiting fgfr3 will essentially make you skyrocket in height
