Are my growth plates still open?

Got a xray today for a broken knuckle, got a look at my hand. Growth plates open or is it over for me? Also can i get to 5”10-6ft im 5”8 half rn. Late bloomer 16M. My dads 5”9 mother 5”7, big bro is 5”10 tho.
