This is my hand X-ray. I am 13 years old, 5'9", my father is 5'6", and my mother is 5'1". Are my growth plates still open? If they are, how tall do you guys think I will grow to? And how can I maximize my genetic potential?
Edit: Also, my sisters are 5'0.

If you got any other relatives 5'10-6 u might grow slightly more but I guess you can't grow more than 5'9 (anyways does your parents were tall when young?)
