This was me at 19 on my first "real" bulk i believe I was weighting about 82kg, i wonder if any of you guys can estimate my bf% from the picture and if my muscle insertion/genetics any are good or just average/under average. Also would like to hear you guys opinion if a similar asthetic to the other picture would be achievable for me (naturally ofc)

Well the physique on the right is mostly insertions and frame and you’re turned to the side so it’s impossible to tell

But having said that the mass is also very impressive so tbh probs not achievable

You have abs but your arms , shoulders and chest don’t look that lean probs 17% bf

I'll try to find a pic of me in somewhat same position at that weight, but I've switched phones so many times so I'm not sure if they're on my old iPhone. I still think I was closer to 20 percentage bf% I was also flexing them in the pic

yeah you’re right tbh looks higher than 17- it’s just you still have some ab defintion, guess it’s genetics cos I have shit abs even now at 12% it’s brutal

Yeah my ab genetics are quite alright in terms of storing fat, it's worse with love handles and the shape of my abs ( they aren't ultra straight and symetrical)

My worry is my uneven abs genetics will fuck up my appeal. Although I do believe my shoulders are quite alright for being natural

I'm not the biggest fan of jewelry, I will order a signet ring though and invest in some watches, and the tattoo will be removed at the end of the year

I did 100kg for reps, 135kg at 75kg. And that was while not having optimal diet and training. My aim is to be at 80-82 kg with 11-12% bf

mirin, when I went to gym I did 80 kg bench max at 70 kg, I am turbo pathetic lol, my arms and chest refuse to cooperate with me and hard to gain weight for me

my back is decent tho, I can do muscleups. no cheating with swinging technique just pure strength



the second set video in that thread I did 5 muscleups before failure cus more warmed up, launching myself in the air with pullup is easy but after the dip part is difficult so I cannot do that as fast cus underdeveloped :oops:

you might be able to achieve the guy on the right, you just gotta keep lifting and then assess ur genetics after a year, two years, etc.

you're too low iq to understand what i meant. not suprising since you're a 28 yo KHHV virgin and will stay like that forever. enjoy
one thing is training for proper form one for lifting as much as possible. powerlifters do the latter and lifts way more than they could with proper form

How much did you bench ?
That was probably my first attempt at breaking my plateau so 120 or 125 I believe. My record on bench at sub 70 kg is 135 though
