its mainly the cheekbones if u have them pushing out u will have hollow cheeks, also depening on bf %

As long as you're moderately forward-grown, lean with small to medium-sized masseters (assuming you don't have inward gonions), hollow cheeks are achievable

I'd say around 1/20 of those I meet who are lean ... have some degree of hollow cheeks and or facial leanness
