I dont think they are recessed, just not too good projection combined with bad fat genetics, you can bonesmash them and when you have enough money, you could get fat grafting, or an implant, or filler. Infras dont matter too much so dont stress over them anyway

dont look projected or recessed, combination of other factors make them look recessed though.

you shouldnt be worrying about this specific flaw, you should be leaning down.
