i get decent sleep but i still always have eyebags and whenever i look down my eyelashes make it look 10x worse can anybody tell me why my eyelashes make shadows under my eyes and if my eyebags r caused by recession or something else and what could i do to fix them if it isnt recession

Yes the lightning is that Bad Yes Most people got recessed infras and maybe your eyebags are like that because youre a unhealthy individual, and maybe its more recessed it seems Like a visible slight recession but maybe its more of a recession.

Fat grafting - more natural however has risk of loss of fat
Implants - hardest to place and remove but doesnt have those issues

the leading indication is the lack of bone mass under the eyes also known as infras or infra orbitals. you have this lack of bonemass under your eyes therefore you have recessed infras.
