Are my jaw surgery numbers enough?

8mm advancement for mandible, 4mm on top of that with genio.

I am wondering why I am getting such advancement with genio?

Seems a bit excessive no?

11 mm of the maxilla.

Thoughts?

well without pictures of your face it's kind of hard to tell if that's too much or just right, I'm assuming this are the recommendations of maxillofacial surgeon? On which case, trust the professional, but if you're very skeptical, get 1 or 2 extra consultations with another surgeon, I mean that's something you should always do regardless, but it's particularly important when you're not 100% sure about a surgery.

This minimizes the chances of getting botched or ogremaxxing. Take this very seriously and never jump into a surgery blind, get a morphed picture if possible. One wrong surgery could be the difference between you being a normie, to being subhuman and completely unappealing

I’m already jumped in man, my surgery is tomorrow. I’m going to post about this if I don’t get the right results.
