So it must be my skinny legs bcs i always feel i have a small torso.

Long limbs are aesthetic, as for athleticism it depends on what sport/physical activity you're doing.

Short torso are also good for natural gymcelling since you'll fill out your upper body quicker (depends on other things too ofcourse).

Equilibrium is hard to judge because it depends on your nervous system, shoulder width and partially arm span as well.
