Are my lips ideal and philtrum length or do I need lip lift?

your nose isnt ideal. but yeah lips look good. any philtrum other than big one is good imo.

One problem is my radix is more curved I’m not straight down like his. Many have said Sahib Faber or Chico is ideal nose. I kind of like Bieber’s(probably faggot of me to say) but my radix idk if it can be fixed. I do plan on getting septorhinoplasty because my septum is deviated a bit

Does that take away functionality though? I’m fine with doing that if it can give me a similar nose to the guy you linked but sometimes it seems people who do that end up getting multiple revisions. I don’t want it to end up fucking my nose up more or shifting or something idk.

Sweet. Do the bimax docs like ramieri/alfaro/pary/zarrinbal do this for nose or will I have to go to some special Rhino surgeon in the states?
