My fittest hat size is 7 3/8ths which is pretty much in average territory. If my head were notworthingly small wouldn’t it be a weirdly small number for hat size?

Leanmaxxing might not get you a great result correct. Though gaining fat usually results both in the loss of definition and a thin face is still usually detectable on a fatter head. There's not much one could do about having a small skull. Some forms of augmentation might help a little but only to a very minimal degree as portrayed by the morph below

Very important. Whilst some larger skulls can still contain other failos no one mogs with a small head. Funnily enough prettyboys tend to have larger fuller skulls than most despite people getting the impression that they're more daint and feminine

Famous prettyboy model Jordan Barret has a skull size that completely mogs the average man

And let us not forget:

Skull size is everything and it's over without a properly sized one

I guess cheek filler would be the best looksmax.

If you want feedback, yes your skin isn't very good. It looks dry and unhealthy.

Your lips seem to be crunched in every photo don't do that.

Teeth pretty good.

Work on your hair, it looks unkept. Also shave that messy beard or tidy it up

When I grow my beard out a bit it seems to cover my recessed lower third. It’s a trade off kind of.

That’s aspie dude. I don’t even think many surgeons would suggest it. Maybe a chin implant but when my facial hair grows out it decently conceals the lower third.

So, you need to grow a thicker mustache. I don't know if you're cutting it that thin on purpose, but if not you either need to go completely clean shaven or grow more facial hair above the jawline. If it's gonna stay that thin then it needs to connect be connected to the rest of your facial hair. Also, cut your hair shorter. You'd look a bit like Robert Downy JR, the guy that plays Iron Man, if you went ahead and cut that atrocious hair.
