are my orals fake?

i got my orals from china (i was in a rush chill) and they came unlabeled but in labeled ziploc bags. The reason I think they are fake is because 3 of them are identical. First I took aromasin, it was small, white, smelled nice, and didnt have a coating so it expanded on my tounge from the moisture. Then I took Minoxidil and Winstrol and they were the exact same (same exact size, color, smell-ish, and no coating). Not to mention after taking the Winstrol 10 mg after an hour I dont feel anything. not to mention 3/4 of the oral containers are like the exact same size. the Telmisartan is a little bigger and I havent taken one yet. I thought Winstrol was like coated my nga ts just dissolved and puffed up in my mouth with a splash of water, did these ngas give me baking soda ?
