Because the average body id not a good standard, yourr just uding chat gpt since its gonna help you cope, it always does no matter what, it compares relative to average so to chat gpt even something like 25% bf is good, when its clearly not

If you were 150 and had some muscle it would be completely fine but you mentioned being super skinny, so in reality youre more likely skinnyfat

EIther put on some muscle then cut or just cut immediately till you see ab veins

But it seems like youd rather keep coping

Its light, but you also have no muscle and pretty narrow so if you were actually at a good bf youd be like 130-135

If you had a good amount of muscle you wouldnt appear skinny, strength is also impscted by a ton of things

People inflate heights and bidelts here and deflate waist sizes and bf% so it leads to absurd standards

Your bidelt is a bit small but if you’re untrained you can get decent width, waist is fine just build some muscle and cut

Dudes with absurd proportions like androgenic have 24” bidelts yet random fags here claim stupid numbers and act like 20” is a framecel

I’m not even that lean rn but I have a naturally small waist so trousers are a pain
Also I only look good when I’m lean and I lose all of the fat on my hips, kind of mogs when I’m lean because I have a great V taper but it looks subhuman if I’m above like 17% bf

Mine is 21” at your height and I’m wider than the vast majority of people I know and I was similar to yours untrained (my delts responded very well to training and I think my frame grew a bit too)

A friend of mine has genuine chad tier clavicles and is 6’4” and he’s 23” max, jfl at 5’9” dudes claiming 22+”
