This is what I take: zinc picolinate, magnesium, calcium, k2, and vitamin d3. Are these good for puberty? Should I take more or less?

why dont u think people that ascended the most didnt take this?
thanks bro appreciate the helpSupplements can have some use. I would say keep magnesium at least and zinc maybe. What you must understand with supplements is that it's works better on the long term. Just doing 3 weeks ain't going to change much, however getting close to half a year and your body has time to be saturated. It has to become part of your lifestyle otherwise supplementing has no real effects.
waste of money, shit bio-availability aswell, spend that money on a better diet and you're set, unless you have the balls to actually pin shitThis is what I take: zinc picolinate, magnesium, calcium, k2, and vitamin d3. Are these good for puberty? Should I take more or less?
