Are my supras high set?

Bro I literally got the worst genetics of all time from my parents. My infras were going to be bad but somehow I’m the only one with UEE even tho I have the most bone dense supras (?). Is fat grafting or Supra implants better to fix this high set brow bone (if most likely i have it) otherwise why does my eyes look subhuman buggy when smiling? Crops of eyes are my family members. Does chewing help
