Are nasal breathing stickers cope?

i saw them for very cheap price, will wearing them at night help any sort of way in forward growth? or any banefit at all? or are they just waste of money and useless

They help you use your nose when you breathe, if you struggle nose breathing during sleep look into it and if they're cheap why not get them

Well they can improve sleep quality, but wearing them won't grow you any bones or anything like that. They just help breathing through your nose easier.

i have them cuz i have tens of fuckin allergies and have problems with breathing through my nose 80% of the time and almost always when im laying down, and they help me to brethe better but they wont help with forward growth, maxbe like making you 1mm less reccesed cuz u might not brethe through your mouth during sleep
