Are non stim pre workouts at least half as effective as normal ones

I've decided I'm going to try fix my sleep a bit, but I mostly go to the gym at night.

Will using a non stimulant pre workout have good roi, or should I just keep tanking my sleep and triple scooping my normal pre.

Going to the gym during the day is very unfit for my schedule.

Depends how u sleep from caffeine tbh usually im fine but for others it’s different

not for performance as only stimulants help with that but for better pump u can take it
Yeah what I'm looking for tbh, also grabbing some Cialis soon

For me not as effective but tbh I’ve been abusing stims for so long I kinda run on them.

People say caffeine is everything but to me without it makes no sense if there is not enough creatine

I think for the pump, I just need to fix my sleep so even some effect will be enough roi for me to use it for night session (which is most sessions of the week)
