I've noticed that most people under 40 are pretty introverted here in the Nordic countries; they're passive and wait for you to make the first move (of course its different if people are drunk)

I’ve heard that about Swedes before, but now I work in Denmark and I feel like it’s the same here. Obviously not everyone, but I’d say that 90% of people in the Nordic countries have an introverted personality

I remember at my last job, I had two people from Spain and they were really social and outgoing in comparison. It’s strange that there can be such a difference :unsure:

Yes and that's why some ethnics steal their women
Introvert = over

yeah nordic people are a bit more reserved than southern europeans, but it isn't a crazy difference. You being a foreigner likely has something to do with them acting cold towards you

I just talk in general, nordic people are more shy, for example in meetings or in classes/seminars people dont dare talk first or start stuttering when speaking in front of others

And I am nordic myself and most people are friendly with me

Yes, and I frankly don't understand how in other cultures people just chat randomly to strangers.
