Are nosering girls easier?

There's this girl at work. She has a nosering. And she mentioned she is perfectionistic and is even afraid to turn in papers, she'd fail herself before the teacher did.
She comes across as insecure but she's not bad looking.

Are those kind of girls more receptive? She was telling something and that was the only point throughout our shift I had prolonged eye contact and I saw she got very submissive.

Slayers give me advice.
The only problem is a 7 year agegap. She got quiet when I mentioned my age. We're both in our 20s though.
She has a very skinny and petite frame

You are right. Still I like some 2nd opinion. I never ask girls out.
She's nothing special but she passes the bar for a bang(I've never had that at work though). People would probably rate her stacy because of blond and blue eyes.
If I had the chance I would definitely take it.
I guess Im gonna befriend her and see how it goes.
I do think she has some unresolved mental problems. Most girls in their young 20s have anyway.
The question is if she minds the 7 year age gap. She first thought it was just 4 years. I've youthmaxxed for quite some time IG.
