i really like cashews i eat them everyday but i read they contain phytic acids and a little phytoestrogen. i eat them at night before sleeping for magnesium and the calcium zinc etc i consume in the morning or lunch so i dont think the phytic acid from them should affect my other minerals absorbtion so bad or maybe not at all
