thats true by lineage and physical features, the north western part of pakistan or indus valley inhibitants comes under european and persian casts. in north west you see fair skin with colored eyes but as you move to southern part ( multan and sindh ) this fairness goes dim until reaches an extreme sun burnt skin colour in south india
historicaly this region of pakistan had 6 or 7 distict groups by physical and facial featuers by lineage. In Bajour and Chitral you can see pure greek features as settled in those valley in alexander time. Peshawar valley having far the most beautifull people of afghan origin. you can see there bewtiching beauty in bazars and college girls that fogs super models
