I’ve heard they look unnatural compared to actual maxillary surgery but the pics online look like good results. Thoughts?

Implants should be fine if they are pulled off conservatively.

If your maxilla is recessed then caking implants on it will look like shit, yes.

oh. would u recommend lefort 3 for someone with a recessed midface, considering the risks? non syndromic btw and no underbite

No, I would not naturally recommend such a highly invasive operation. It would have to depend on the level of recession.

Generally, LF1 + conservative upper maxillary implants will be okay.
Paranasals not so much.

ahh i see. i thought paranasals were part of those upper maxilla implants, my bad.

also, im sorry to ask, but in 2 years when i begin to save up tor my surgeries, can i ask u for advice on which ones to go for (in midface)
