Thoughts on paranasal and upper maxillary filler?

There’s large debate about paranasal, people say it makes your nose even larger and uglier. And upper maxillary isn’t commonly talked about from what i’ve seen but results do look okay. I was wondering if anyone has any testimonials or thoughts about either.

i belive most of them migrate and its a thing of time, if u have fillers because youre ugly, you get a timer when youre able to slay but after that time ends (filler got fucked) youre back at being ugly, its the best to find something thats not temporary like fillers e.g. bsso or lefort or other osteotomy

What if you were to dissolve early, or get filled on the bone?
