Started using a penispump some days ago and its said that i can gain 0,5inches in 6 months.

Ive red that with an extender you can gain so much more in 6 months (see pic below) Im just worried that it will break my dick or give me a hard flaccid

Yes but most ADS will work and deliver the results. Phallason is good but in my opinion too expensive. Watch the vid if you have the time because this dude is a genius in biology and biohacking. He was an OG on thunder`s place and has a lot of knowledge in general. I trust his advice.

So the best option is actually pumping, gives medium term gains (gains which you lose after 1 years except you do it 1-2 times a week) and better erection quality.

Manual stretching and pumping daily took me from 6.75x5.5 to 7.5x5.5 in a month and the gains were permanent. Was almost a year ago. I want to do more stretching to get like 8 or 8.25 and then just pump. Should eventually be able to get 8.5x6 if I’m consistent and should be maintainable if I just keep pumping. Have struggled to make a habit of it unfortunately it’s kind of a pain in the ass

erect. And by manual I mean with hands. Yes way. Noobie gains are legit. The first inch or so doesn’t come from new tissue being created. You’re just stretching the suspensatory ligaments so your dick is hanging out of your body more. You’re not really creating new dick, that’s much slower.

I did 30 second up, up and right, up and left, straight forward, right, left, down, down and right, down and left, between the cheeks(reach around behind and between your legs) straight down and back, btc right, and btc left. 6 minutes of stretching total, did it morning and night and used bathmate daily. In theory your penile angle should be higher, so it looks downward. Did you check that?

yeah, no devices needed. i do 5 sets of 50 s2s, with a 30-60 second between the cheeks stretch after each set. if youre going to get into PE i'd recommend using /r/ajelqforyou or thundersplace - both have a lot of good resources on the subject, and if you need help its easy to get as theres a lot of experienced people there

What are you asking? I don’t think my erection angle has changed but idk. Remember that my eq is fucked up bc of my sleep apnea. It’s rare that I have really solid boner.
