But generally yea. The existing High intelligence societies did not put much effort in social reformation- outside of america. But I would argue that this is not the only reason but the fact that a person must at some point of higher awareness make a logical analysis on whether its worth it to have offspring in a world like this. The answer is an overwhelming no, and it is sometimes hard to even find the purpose of such a drive. The higher iq a society becomes, the more this question impacts the populace.

The euro elites are scared to death because of this. They must know. And this is a primary motivation to keep their minorities comfy

Could you trust india to become a majority force? It would seem to almost be like moving backwards. Or going to industrial ages- especially social. But can the world handle any more people, as well as the climate with our current resource management? We in all reality need a lower global population. I am not sure which is worst. My thought was Chinese without a doubt. As chinese people seem far more righteous. They have more backbone against tyranny than indians and their cultural significance (as a ethnic group) are commendable despite having the least cultural significance (as weird as that sounds)

Indians have a terrible caste system enrooted in politics and religion. It feels cultureless, and their current diversity pool of preposition "seems" no greater than chinese. Its like i said above, Its like a population in some weird alternate reality where the archetype is frozen set as "industrial revolution boomer". Their population size quite represents the leadership. Just completely ignorant- a group that seems to not have much backbone against tyranny, and are willing to drive it at top speed even at the expense of self consumption. Grow, grow, grow!
