Are people from outside the west worse drivers?

So I was driving down a fairly narrow residential street (enough for one row of cars to be parked, and the rest of the road only wide enough for a single lane of traffic). In the UK we drive on the left, on the particular road I was on the cars were parked on the right, so I had right of way.

I drive along and in front of me a car turns into the road, thinking "cool, they'll wait, I have right of way, and even if i didn't only a retard would keep coming forward". They kept coming forward. We then had a standoff for about 20 seconds, before traffic had built up behind me and I gave in and mounted the pavement to get past.

I've noticed that every time this has happened to me, it has been an ethnic behind the wheel. Now I can't guarantee that these ethics aren't like me (born and raised in the west), but generally from the way people present themselves you can make a decent guess.

Is this just a coincidence?

Cope, my shithole made me a god tier driver because:
1- most of people dgaf about safety or rules so you'll have to guess there next move
2- everyone is speeding above 120, so you'll have to be really focused
3- a lot of people will just jump to the road from side and get infront of you, so you'll need fast reaction to dodge
4- Everyone is parking very close to each other so next time you want to turn the car and go out you'll need to be good with small areas and go out without a scratch
5- Evryone is fucking drifting here with speeds above 100 most of time, so you'll need to dodge these fuckers cuz they always crash on people

There is a lot of other reason btw, but i think actually driving with crazy, or crowdy, or bad or people who dgaf will tremendously boost your driving skill overtime.

I can easily drive in the west and it's stress-free compered to Northa Africa, now put a western driver here and he'll probably get a driving phobia jfl
