Are people who cant speak english disabled

They clearly want to speak english. Everyone does. Yet they're less able than those who can. They can't communicate properly and express their thoughts. Most times this will lead to a less than desirable outcome. In that regard their lives are of lesser quality. How are they different to an autist who wants to express himself but cant?

How is anyone not being able to speak your self proclaimed world’s glorified language of yours is considered disabled?

Each regional areas have their own language they are used to. But if someone deliberately wants to learn English and within a span of few years they can’t, they might be a slow learner since English isn’t that hard anyways.

Also, they are limiting themselves in terms of how far you can go in life without English tho.
