Are peptides overrated? Or can they genuinely make a big impact?

Over the time being involved with this community, I have looked into many sorts of peptides.

Growth metabolism peptides such as IGF-1 and HGH, and also skin regeneration peptides like GHK-Cu.

But I ask myself, are these peptides really as useful as people say they are? Another question I am sure many of you have; at what ages can these peptides be used at, and when shouldn't they be used?

At the end of the day, I am personally on the lookout for peptides that can be used to further enhance facial features, as many say, regarding previous ratings I have received whilst on this website, that I am already softmaxxed, although I haven't exactly done anything in particular to enhance my looks, other than aging.

Thanks in advance.

Every peptide is a scam, do not use any of them.
Just take vitamins because they basically do the same but are cheaper and more accessible.

They are fine depending on your specific goals.
Not for enhancing facial features, though.

depends which and why you're using them, there are probably like 5 peptides out of all that are worth imo

🤣

In terms of looksmaxxing 100% of them are useless.
IGF-1 is used by various athletes, as it's elite for muscle and bone growth. Please do correct me, if I am wrong.

Yes, take it, and pin it right before you eat a very high carbohydrate meal.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but I'll look into it.

Athletes don’t use it for bone or muscle growth, at least not on its own. Its primary purpose is recovery
