saw an ad saying "selling fat pigs" today and it got me thinking

in the context of humans using them for food, is a pig completely useless if it's severely malnourished?

or, simply put, is there such a thing as a lean pig?

Pigs actually have a body fat percentage in the mid 20s and are lean and athletic in comparison to the average human.
