are PMMA jaw implants viable?

the examples in that study are crainal implants. i guess using pmma for facial bones wouldnt be practical because they cant sculpt like other materials?

i have but thats the only thing i can come across regarding it. also the 2nd reply is from eppley, the silicone shill so im not sure i believe him

i think you can create solid custom implants from it

im actually now looking into hydroxyapatite or calcium phosphate implants instead rn. ill prob make a new thread
