tbh I'm a greycell, but from what ik they do work but only temporarily.

Spinal decompression is not bs, but as soon as you go to bed and wake up in the next day, you "reset" your height again.

One way of knowing that it's not cope, is by understanding that when you lay down you are actually a few cms taller than when you're standing up (it's all about muscles and bones being compressed against each other)

if u wanna get taller by fixing posture, then fix anterior pelvic tilt (85% of men have this)

ill fraud with shoelifts tho
but 6ft 1 seems short when u research so many statistics

I was super short until I was like 14 and then started gaining a lot of height for some reason, now I'm 19 and I'm 6'2

maybe also look up peptides like cjc + ipa for a gh boost?

unfortunately its different for anyone

my genetic estimate is 6ft to 6ft 1 i did a lot of research on my genetics
and cjc + ipa is sadly cope , its not enough to make a difference on height not even 1 inch

ll surgery is probably first surgery i will get, 5'11 at 17, brother stopped growing at like 20 so hopefully i get to his height of 6'3

depends, get an Xray or something to see if your spine is compressed or some bs, if you have back or neck problems maybe even scoliosis its not cope, it could make you more symmetrical and ur body will not look that deformed, but tbh that stuff just takes way too long + Im wearing clothes anyways so no one can see my curved torso.
