Medium russet potatoes have around 800-900 mg of potassium if baked with skin. This provides about 1/5 of the potassium I'm trying to hit daily (4300 mg). The thing is, there's about 50-60 grams of carbs per potato, which would mean that I would eating a surplus of carbs if I sourced majority of my daily potassium from potatoes. Would this fuck up the debloat? If so, what cheap alternatives are there?
