I’ve been suffering from lots of joint pain lately I wanna do whatever I can to reduce inflamation most sources say to eat lots of omega 3s for anti inflammatory response. I eat hardly any omega 3s and I’m thinking of adding hemp hearts back into my diet to boost my omega 3s but they are almost pure PUFA. Are hemp hearts good for health?
