So I dont have access to the gym and if I did go it would be super inconsistent since my parents could only drive me once a week

Do you guys thinks that 200 push ups and chin ups and pull ups like 20 each will build a good physique and any supplement recommendations that will help muscle building and stuff

better than nothing

Yeah def bro, 200 pushups is smth but you should get 2 dumbbells row and a barbell row with weight (plates). also for supplements you can go for creatine and whey protein.

Full body split once a week at the gym is better than nothing. Add in another home workout session and two days of enjoyable cardio and you have a solid routine.

there are better ways to work out than that. you can replicate a lot of cable based excersises at home by stuffing a backpack with heavy shit, tieing a hoodie around it, and hoisting it over a chair or door depending on the height you want. you can train almost every muscle group this way. push ups are fine, but once you get good at them, you'd need to do way too many to get hypertrophy since you couldn't really do them weighted.
