Are quacker oats processed and unsafe

I eat them a lot as I think they’re healthy but I’m not sure if they’re the right choice to eat

Man there is a store in my city that brings cereals from those people of protein from Gibraltar but they are giga expensive so i never bought them

Are they delicious?

There are a kind of bars called Nature Valley of protein which are also expensive from the UK (42dh which is like 4.5 euro) but they are very delicious and addictive. I cant afford them too much

oh I’ve tried those before and they are very delicious especially the brown cinnamon oatmeal squares
