Are raw steak, testicles, and brain for the first time

no, I don’t think it will ascend me to a crazy extent but I’m doing it mostly for my health and I’m hoping it could slightly help my coloring.
raw steak - 9/10, tastes like regular steak but a little extra chewy
testicle - 3/10, very weird texture, it basically was just like biting into hard fat that tasted like a slug
raw ice cream - 8/10 - just less sweet ice cream
brain, raw kefir, and liver I have yet to try
