Are recessed infraorbitals easy to see in a ct scan

Can high iqcells tell with certainty that an infra orbital bone is recessed through a CT scan? I’m looking at other peoples ct scans and it all looks the same to me

I’m trying to figure out if my issue is a matter of soft tissue or bone
