The procedure itself just seems extremely dangerous if you ask me.

Let‘s assume my nose is my biggest flaw since I have a hump and therefore I don‘t like my side profile and the front profile of my nose could also be a bit better.

Well, I feel like a bigger jaw would offset the hump on my nose but I‘d rather get a rhinoplasty since I hate the way it looks but I wanna do martial arts so I should probably just leave it the way it is and getting hit in the jaw after a jaw implant or after bixmax would suck too.
