Are Russians superior in their area?

By their area I mean location in the world. It is obvious that if you are born European, you probably have a big head start, but what about Russians? My whole life, I have been into blond Slavic-looking girls, and have never been attracted to my own race(female friend of mine has also only been attracted to slavic boys), is this just a preference, or russians(slavics overall) are mostly good looking?

There are good looking Slav men for sure, but they're mostly blonde and pale guys so if some exotic looking dark dude lands in Russia, he will get insane halo in women's eyes and will obviously slay hard if CL at least, even if short.
