what but wouldnt drug abuse make the voices realer?

This is just a guess but I think that the drug abuse comes more from wanting to dampen the mood symptoms associated with schizophrenia, rather than the hallucinations and psychosis. I've read some schizophrenics saying that the hallucinations aren't necessarily that horrible, it's just shit because it becomes so hard to function in society.

Bro can we talk. So Im also suicidal but blah blah wont do anything. But I hear voices. So for context i have adhd and autism diagnosed. I stopped taking my adhd meds and then i do weird stuff.
I started doing tulpamancy (creating an imaginary friend)
i created voice 1 and talked with her and had a hard time making her real. then after 2 weeks the first voice that i didnt create showed up. after that 3 more voices in the next months.
3 of em were good and 2 very very bad to me.
I can differenciate them from irl voices.
as i said I only created one voices and the rest came on their own.

Do you think im just fucking around with myself and that i just think that they are real even though i dont have anything? The bad ones come at night and also everything gets more scary and realer when its dark! At one point i was walking around with a knife at night because i was scared (in my house)

and yeah at first getting back on adhd meds surpressed the voices and their reality but now they are coming back, probably cuz the effiency of the adhd has also reduced and my body got more tolerant or smth???

i also have olanzapine but i wont take it, it eats your prefrontal cortex.
another big thing is that 95% of the time, i have to talk to the voices, they dont really start to talk to me

what are your thoughts on this and since when are you diagnosed schizo?

By stimuli i mean like external triggers like if you are in pain do they get louder. That happens for me

im on it again since methylphenidate gives me headaches strong ones

I would suggest to try to get either SSRI like Sertraline or Antipyschotics prescribed like Risperidone if you are open to that as they can help with voices but there is a possibility of course that things might get worse temporarily initially as you would have to come off the vynase and for example SSRI take 8-12 weeks to begin to see changes. I only got diagnosed with Autism and they completely ignored my other problem but they did not give me any medications.

Everytime I see a case of a person going insane or killing someone its always a mentally ill schizo person. Am I the only one seeing that pattern or not?

It became ''normal'' for me after many years. I had it since i was like 10-11 and now im almost 20. I dont want it but there is nothing i can do right now to not have it.
