when you workout, yk how theres like the 3 sets of 15 reps for pushups? are there good results from that if ur consistent or should you always just go to failure?

nigga just train hard eat good and dont let yourself fatigue shitly thats all

if you are enhanced you dont have to be a autist about the training which is why test and something like hgh is so good

Depends how often you train but most of the time you should be doing 6-8 reps till failure with progressive overload

5-10 sets per muscle a week, 0-1 rir.

2-3 weekly frequency

rest as long as you need

that's how you grow
