how many mg tho? and what were the sides? like was he getting super dry skin and bad joint pain, and did he start losing vision?

He took 8mg, and had the following sides:
Very dry lips, eyes and throat.
Bloody noses frequently
Blurry vision at night
And pain in his back and occasionally his tibias
